Star Codes – Feature Codes

These are the default star codes available on the VoiceLogix Platform.

Please refer to the Recommended Extension Numbering article to avoid extension conflicts with star codes.

Call Forwarding

*74Call Forward On Active Call – ActivateThis feature will activate and set call forwarding on active to the destination entered.

*75Call Forward On Active Call – DeactivateThis feature will deactivate call forwarding on active.
*76Call Forward Offline (Failover) – ActivateThis feature will activate and set call forwarding offline to the destination entered.

*77Call Forward Offline (Failover) – DeactivateThis feature will deactivate call forwarding offline.
*90Call Forward Busy – ActivateThis feature will activate and set call forwarding busy to the destination entered.

*91Call Forward Busy – DeactivateThis feature will deactivate call forwarding busy.
*92Call Forward No Answer – ActivateThis feature will activate and set call forwarding no answer to the destination entered.

Call Parking

Call Pickup

*35Call Pickup – Another ExtensionWhen dialed the feature will pickup the call that is ringing the dialed users extension.
Ex *351001 to pickup a call for user 1001
*36Call Pickup – DepartmentDial *36 to pickup any call within in the same department.
*37Call Pickup – SiteDial *37 to pickup any call ringing within the same site.
*38Call Pickup – Site & DepartmentDial *39 to pickup any call ringing within the same site and same department.
*39Call Pickup – DomainDial *37 to pickup any call within your company.

Hot Desking

*20Intercom Dial *20 + extension to start a 2 way auto intercom session with the dialed extension.
*34Move your CallDial *34 from an IDLE device to pull the call from the active device. Call must be on a device owned by the same user.
*67Block Caller IDDial *67 + the Destination number to mask the outbound caller ID.
*69Last Call ReturnDial *69 to hear the number of the last caller.
*78Do Not Disturb – ActivateActivate Do not Disturb for the dialing user.
*79No Not Disturb – DeactivateDeactivate Do not Disturb for the dialing user.
*86Anonymous Call Rejection – ActivateActivate anonymous call rejection for the dialing user
*87Anonymous Call Rejection – DeactivateDeactivate anonymous call rejection for the dialing user
