EERO Access Points: Known Issues

The following is an overview of known issues with EERO Access Point issues as it pertains to use of VoiceLogix

  • Devices connected to EERO access points will get no audio on calls through the VoiceLogix App
  • Devices connected to EERO access points are unable to pick up calls on the VoiceLogix App

The above issues are unable to be resolved through troubleshooting and stem from the devices themselves. In the event that these issues come up as direct result of EERO connections, support will be unable to assist.
