Factory Resetting

Factory resetting a phone is when you restore a device to its original factory settings. This will delete everything that was previously on the device.

1. Turn off the device.
2. On the “Loading Application” screen press “Cancel.”

3. As soon as the “Welcome” message appears, press and hold down

• “1,” “3,” “5,” “7” (for SoundStation 5000 and 7000)
• “6,” “8,” “*” (for SoundStation 4000 and 6000)

4. Release them only when seeing the “Enter Password” message appear.

5. For password use the phone’s MAC address (using CAPS for letter) and press “OK.”
6. After the restart your phone will be successfully reset (with default password “4, 5, 6”).
