Factory Resetting

1. Press “*”, “*”, “*” and “x” button and hold it for 10 seconds.

2. Release the “x” key button.
3. After restarting, your phone will be successfully reset.

Htek UC Phones without an ‘X’ button

1. Press “#”, “#”, “#”, then press and hold “*” for 10 seconds.

2. Release the “*” key button.
3. After restarting, your phone will be successfully reset.
