Follow the steps below to factory reset your Grandstream devices to their factory default settings. This must be done before provisioning your Grandstream with Your VoiceLogix Service in case the device has residual settings from a previous provider.
Reset Grandstream Desk Phone to Factory Defaults:
Factory Reset your Grandstream GXP Phone
- Press “Menu.”
- Press “Config” or “System”
- Navigate down to the “Factory Reset” option and press “Menu” or “OK” depending on the model.
- Select and confirm “OK” to restart your phone, after which it will be successfully reset.
Factory Reset your Grandstream GRP26 Series Phone
- Press menu “Menu”
- Navigate to “Settings”
- Navigate to “Advanced Settings”
- Select “Factory Reset” and confirm to restart your phone, after which it will be successfully reset.
