Follow the steps below to factory reset your Grandstream devices to their factory default settings. This must be done before provisioning your Grandstream with Your VoiceLogix Service in case the device has residual settings from a previous provider.

If your Grandstream was provided by another vendor, they will have to have released it from their system in order to provision within VoiceLogix. VoiceLogix cannot assist with devices still loaded in a 3rd parties system.
